About Us

Mrs. Dedera is an OG of Timber Ridge having worked at the school since it opened in 2009. She has worked as the reading specialist, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and is now in her 12th year as head principal. Mrs. Dedera has been a member of the Albany community her whole life having attended Albany schools as a student. In her free time, she loves being outdoors with her family hiking, white-water rafting, and gardening. Mrs. Dedera also enjoys reading and is a huge fan of the book "Anne of Green Gables" and related movies/series. At Timber Ridge, she is known for her competitive Cornhole skills in the annual Staff Cornhole tournament. 

Mr. Winn is in his 4th year as assistant principal at Timber Ridge. Before coming to Timber Ridge, he taught and coached at South Albany High School for many years. Mr. Winn is a product of GAPS having attended Oak, Periwinkle, Calapooia, and South Albany as a student. He and his family live in the community with his four children attending Albany schools. When Mr. Winn has some free time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, cheering for the Oregon Ducks, and spending time with his family.
